Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prizeluma's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, clients, and vendors.

2. Scope of Services

Prizeluma provides custom floral design and event decoration services, including but not limited to wedding florals, corporate installations, and brand-specific botanical displays. All services are subject to a written proposal agreed upon by both parties unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings and Payments

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days before the event date.

We accept secure payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the proposal. Late payments may incur a surcharge of 2% per month.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a refund of the deposit (minus any incurred expenses). For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability and a possible change in pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and adequate access to the venue at the scheduled setup time.
• Ensuring that the venue has appropriate environmental conditions for the installation (e.g., temperature, humidity).
• Obtaining any necessary venue permits or permissions for floral installations.

6. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All floral designs, concepts, and visual presentations are the intellectual property of Prizeluma. The client may use photographs of the event for personal purposes, but any advertising or commercial use requires prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prizeluma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Governing Law

The interpretation of these Terms & Conditions is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts located in Melbourne shall hold sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that arise in connection with them.
